This bit is very similar to the Kerry Kelly DC Bogey bit but has a longer purchase on it. I like this bit for a horse that wants to be very heavy on the front end or maybe root you when you go to take a hold of them. The mullen helps keep your horse really square in the shoulders and breaking at the pole. This bit is light weight and stays quite in ones mouth for those that are sensative.
