This bit is not widely known but has always been a staple in my barn. This bit comes in 3 versions, and this is the medium version. Weight has a lot to do with how this bit functions. This bit is designed for horses that want to lay on you and shoulder a barrel. This bit has no whoa and the "spoons" are designed to collapse on the jaw when the horse starts to lean on you. Attach the headstall to the small loose rings and the reins to the large rings.
