The Money Maker three-piece bit is a very versatile bit that works great on just about any horse. This is the bit I go to on a horse that wants to shake his head when I pull on him. This bit is one of my favorites because it will allow me to help a sensitive horse in the turn, but it's gentle enough to ride just about anything in no matter what you're doing.
